A Website set up by the Epilepsy Foundation has been hit by hackers, according to an Associated Press report.
An official with the foundation said computer hackers breached the foundation’s site, bombarding it with hundreds of pictures and links to pages with rapidly flashing images.
The images can be harmful to people with photosensitive epilepsy, who sometimes suffer seizures when they’re exposed to flickering images.
The foundation said the successful attack triggered severe migraines and near-seizure reactions in some site visitors who viewed the images.
The foundation said the FBI is investigating the breach.

HAHAHAHAHAHA
That is seriously sad on those people.
Those hackers should be ashamed of themselves.
Ashamed, I say.
Considering that this was attempted mass murder, those hackers should all be in jail for life. Anyone who knows even the minutest detail of what a seizure is knows that it only takes one seizure to kill you, and these hackers did their research to make the most seizure inducing image possible – and to make sure the victims couldn’t close their browser window even if they weren’t immediately capacitated by the attack
Anyone that can’t look at flashing images shouldn’t be on the internet.
Man, this picture hurts! My brain stings when I see fast flashing stuff, and I go all numb. I don’t know why, though.
